regina's romantic charm
central location helpful receptionist hop-off tour refillable bottle
I adored the central location. It was very convenient for exploring. the receptionist with a beard was helpful. He secured sagrada familia tickets for me. he also recommended a hop-on and hop-off tour. the hotel's eco-friendly approach was appreciated. I had a glass bottle in my room to refill with still water.
The lift felt a bit old and slow. I sometimes waited longer than expected. it wasn't a major issue, but it was noticeable.

The location is great for tourists. It is close to shops, restaurants, and bus tours. I safety was good, even at night. The staff was friendly and cute, especially the doorman who was there 24 hours a day.
The hallways had a weirdly dark red color and the lighting was dim, like a gothic brothel.

I am so glad I chose this place! The room was super clean and very spacious, easily handling luggage and providing ample walking space. It included complimentary coffee capsules. Staff were always smiling, breakfast was fantastic, and the drinking water fountain on each floor was very useful. The location was great!
The lift could be a bit slow sometimes, though that's a minor thing!

the location provided easy access to the city. it was about a 15 to 20 minute walk to most places. i found the hotel staff helpful and pleasant .
my room felt more like a hostel room despite the price. it was small and had a balcony near a noisy ac unit. the halls had a weirdly dark red color and the lighting was dim.

Fantastic Family Find!
prime location super clean rooms polite staff
This place seemed like such a win for our family trip! A supermarket stayed open 24/7 right across the street, it was so convenient for snacks and drinks. Getting taxis was super easy too. The rooms were very spacious and super clean. They gave us a comfy place to relax after sightseeing. I felt so welcome!
The halls had a dark red color. They reminded me of a gothic movie set. The lighting was quite dim there, hard to see. It felt a little eerie at times! though the room was good.
